You have to actually join a clan and stay in it for the whole event to collect — leaving mid-Games forfeits your rewards entirely. Pick challenges with the best point-to-effort ratio, too; some hand out 1,000-plus points for a task that takes minutes, while others grind you for a fraction of that. The in-game list shows each point value, so cherry-pick the fat ones first.
If your clan is inactive, this is the number-one reason to switch. A dead clan that never reaches the top tiers is leaving thousands of gems a year on the table. Find a clan that reliably maxes Clan Games and your gem income jumps overnight, no spending required.
Achievements: One-Time Gem Dumps Worth Chasing
Achievements are one-time gem dumps, and they’re the most overlooked free stash in the game. Every achievement has three tiers, and each tier pays out a fixed chunk of gems the moment you hit it. Complete the full list over time and you’re looking at well over 20,000 gems total — enough to fund your progression for months.
Some are worth deliberately chasing. “Get those Goblins!” pays 1,450 gems across its tiers for beating all the single-player campaign maps, and those maps are easy to farm at your own pace. “Sweet Victory!” rewards climbing the trophy ladder, dishing out bigger and bigger gem payouts the higher you push, with the top tiers alone worth thousands.
